Return policy

Please examine your order upon receipt. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned to us within 14 days of receipt based upon the date the order was signed for.

What Can Be Returned?

Any merchandise that is in "as-new" condition, merchandise received damaged or defective, merchandise received incorrectly can be returned for a refund or exchange.

Are shipping charges reimbursed?

We will reimburse you for shipping if the merchandise being returned was received damaged or due to an error in fulfilling your order.

How should I return the merchandise?

Repackage the item(s) in the original packing and contact us for a "Return Merchandise Authorization Number" at 845-398-9510. You can ship the package any way you prefer, however we suggest that your shipment be sent by a service that offers a tracking method, as well as shipping insurance. Merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit is your responsibility. Please do not send the return "C.O.D" or "Freight Collect" as it will be refused.

When will you be crediting my credit card?

Upon receipt of your return we will inspect the merchandise. If there are no discrepancies with your return, then we will credit the amount due to your credit card. If there is any discrepancy, we will contact you to resolve.
